The National Academic Archive Registrar is in full compliance with regulations that protect your Rights and Privacy.

We will not disclose any information to anyone who has not met our protocol and the specification that you require as per your account set up form. Our requirements that make-up our protocol is information that is not generally know by an outside party. Generally this information is information that is entrusted to someone by you. We do allow you to decide who may receive information about you if you desire to release information on an individual basis. However, when information is released in this manner it is the full scope of information and it requires more time for the information to reach the potential employer or the person making an inquiry.

Information released to any person is the exact information that you have archived within our database without any altercations whatsoever. Information is achieved as is from you or from an institution that uses our archive services.

Records are maintained free of charge, but a one-time registration and set-up fee are required. Once your account is setup you are only required to contact us one time during each 365 day period to keep your account active. If you fail to do that you will receive a notice by email of an Account Activity Fee to prevent your account from becoming deactivated, and thereby restricted. Additional Fees apply the longer your account remains restricted.

Records are sent to institutions as requested by the use of the forms from the Services & Verification web page of this website, but when requiring us to mail your information out, then a fee is charged to cover these outside expenses.

Presently we limit the number of record disbursements by fax to 25 within a 12 month period. We feel that this number is more than adequate for the purposes of obtaining employment. However, if you have reached your limit and still need our services an additional fee can be paid for a group of 25 more disbursements by fax. There is no limit on the number of records that you want sent to institutions.
