| The National Academic Archive Registrar
will protect your privacy rights through our internal policy in the
following manner. Unless you specify otherwise on your "Account Set-up and Instructions" form, then your records will be given out to any person that meets the protocol for obtaining those records. The protocol used to establish the authority to release records is as follows;
The information that will be released verbally is only that a record exists in our database. All information released will be faxed other than information that is released to institutions of higher learning, or information that you have specified to be sent by US Priority Mail, or FedEx. The information that will be released when faxed is the full academic record requested that you have registered within our database. We will not release any information what-so-ever unless the proper protocol has been met. If you have specified otherwise on your Account Setup form, then you will need to authorize a release form each time your record needs to be released. Records are maintained free of charge, but a one-time registration and set-up fee are required. Once your account is setup you are only required to contact us one time during each 365 day period to keep your account active and in Good Standing. If you fail to do that you will receive a notice by email of an Account Activity Fee to prevent your account from becoming deactivated, and thereby restricted. Additional fees will be applied as time passes if your account remains in a restricted state. |
