| The National Academic Archive Registrar is
an impartial, nondiscriminatory, disinterested, private third-party Archive
and Registrar Service. The National Academic Archive Registrar will make
every effort to authenticate the content and accuracy of records submitted
by individuals for archiving. However, due to the large number of
educational institutions that have closed and thereby leaving their alumni
without registrar resources, the National Academic Archive Registrar can not
investigate, authenticate or accept responsibility for content or accuracy
of any archived record. Each individual and/or entity that archives records into the
National Academic Archive Registrar database is solely
responsible for the data contained in their archived record. Records
submitted for archiving by educational institutions will be considered
accurate and authentic in all regards, and can not be altered unless so
requested by the submitting institution. The National
Academic Archive Registrar will protect the rights of individuals that
have records archived within our database as provided for under
The Family Educational Rights
and Privacy Act of 1974,
and by assuring that the proper
release forms are used, or the proper protocol is met prior to any release of information to a third
party. The National Academic Archive
Registrar is a sole entity that is not partner to, associated with,
representative of, or correlated with any educational institution,
college, or university anywhere in the world, The National Archives and
Records Administration, and The National Academic Archive Registrar is not
combined or related to any organization anywhere of similar name. |
